This Module provides the management a perspective view of various types of complaints and their frequency for any specific product line. Customer complaints are inevitable in any kind of business. They are especially critical in the life sciences and general manufacturing industries, where complaints may indicate serious safety issues. Apart from capturing and analyzing complaints it also extensively gives reports regarding the actions taken to resolve those complaints. Failure at any level of the process is reported directly to the top level Management.
